Voluntary server support

Donate Policy

Optional contributions, supporter credits, immediate character delivery, and payment issues.

1. Voluntary support

Supporting PlayInterlude is optional and is never required to create an account or play. Contributions help operate and develop the community server. They are not charitable or tax-deductible gifts. Supporters may receive the displayed virtual thank-you credits, which have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be used only within the Service.

2. Contribution amount and delivery

The exact contribution amount, supporter-credit amount, bonus, selected character, and total EUR value are displayed before checkout. Stripe processes the payment. Delivery begins only after signed confirmation of successful payment and is queued to the selected character.

3. Immediate digital delivery and withdrawal

Before checkout you are asked to expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once supply of the supporter credits begins, the statutory withdrawal right may be lost to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not give this consent, checkout is not created.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights relating to digital content that is defective, not delivered, or not as described.

4. Finality of support

Because support is voluntary and the digital benefit is delivered immediately at the supporter’s request, a contribution is treated as final once delivery begins. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law or the correction of an unauthorised, duplicated, or failed transaction.

5. Delivery or payment problems

Contact Discord support with the public order ID, game LoginID, selected character, payment date, and description if signed payment confirmation was received but credits were not delivered, or if the same contribution appears twice. Never send a password or full card number. Verified errors are corrected as required.

6. Chargebacks and payment disputes

A card dispute immediately triggers a reversal of the related virtual credits and may temporarily restrict the account while the payment is reviewed. Fraudulent disputes or attempts to retain credits after a reversal may result in enforcement under the Terms and Server Rules.

7. Payment provider

Stripe processes payment-card information under its own Privacy Policy. PlayInterlude does not store full payment-card numbers.
